Anti-abrasive hoses
The anti-abrasive hoses are manufactured to resist wear by contact with abrasive material, whether they are air-driven aggregates or fluids with abrasive particle contents. An example is the hoses used for the transfer of aggregates in cement, quarries, foundries etc ... Also the sweeping machines require hoses with this property, especially those that work collecting aggregates. There are different materials suitable for this use, although the most suitable material to achieve this anti-abrasive property is natural rubber, NR. Our NR rubber formulation is certified for durability of up to 10 years without the rubber degrading. The hoses can be built entirely in NR, or have another compound on the outside if other features are sought. It can be constructed in rubber only, with fabric reinforcements to withstand high pressures, with wire to be able to bend or withstand depressions without collapsing ...
